Stygian: Outer Gods left Steam Early Access with a full 1.0 release on October 26, 2026, adding the ending to the story and a substantial amount of endgame content.

The full release brought a new concluding chapter that closes the story Early Access left open, along with additional puzzles, artifacts, weapons and enemy types. Early Access saves carry over, though the developers recommend a fresh playthrough for the intended difficulty curve.
Launching alongside 1.0 were a digital artbook of roughly 200 pages, the Heretic's Arsenal Pack containing an artifact and two melee weapons, and a Deluxe Edition bundle.
Available on PC via Steam, GOG and Epic Games Store. PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions have been announced but are not yet dated. Steam Deck is not supported. The game is Windows-only with no Mac or Linux build.
